Early spring nectar is collected by bees in mid-May-early June. The period of the heyday of oak, alder, maple, coltsfoot, willow, bird cherry, clover, dandelion, and other plants. May honey is a mixture of nectars from several species of plants.

- overweight problem ;


Contraindication

 

As this bee product is valuable and has unique healing properties, there are no special restrictions in use. The exception is children under 3 years old and persons predisposed to different  allergic reactions to the bee products. It also increases body temperature, so it is necessary to refrain from use when you have a fever.

 

 Storage

 

To preserve useful qualities, honey should be stored in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid in a dark place. In order to avoid the fermentation process it should not be kept in the refrigerator. Shelf life 2 years.
